1st Full Electric Bus Driven by Teamster 848 Member!

Teamsters Local 848 members are making history. Today the world’s 1st full electric 60′ articulate bus went into service Antelope Valley Transit Authority in Lancaster, CA.

Teamsters 848 member, Maria Lopez, drove the bus today proudly making her part of history as the 1st driver to drive the bus in service. We are extremely proud of our strong sisters like Maria that work hard and example our true core values.
